About Me
I am a results-driven custom home builder with over 30 years of construction and building experience, specializing in the planning, coordination, and execution of high-quality custom homes in Southern Utah, including the St. George and Washington County areas. While I have experience across many project types, my primary focus is custom homes built around each homeowner’s vision, lifestyle, and long-term value—not mass-produced spec builds.
Throughout my career, I have built and remodeled numerous homes and overseen both residential and commercial projects involving a wide range of trades. My background includes extensive hands-on experience in plumbing, heating, gas piping, excavation, concrete, roofing, electrical work, septic systems, landscaping, remodeling, cabinet installation, painting, and finish work, including carpet and tile installation. With years of on-site excavation experience and deep trade knowledge across both structural and finish phases, I am able to anticipate challenges, manage details proactively, and maintain high standards from the ground up.
I have worked alongside and built strong professional relationships with many of Utah’s major builders and subcontractors, earning a reputation for quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and dependable project management. I have successfully built and operated multiple profitable construction companies, leading teams of 24+ employees and coordinating subcontractor teams to deliver custom homes that are on schedule, within budget, and built to last.
My strengths include construction operations, cost control, scheduling, client communication, and team development, supported by a hands-on approach that ensures no detail is overlooked. I believe a successful custom home build requires not only technical expertise, but also trust, transparency, and consistent follow-through.
My family and I have proudly lived in Southern Utah for over 10 years, and I take great pride in building homes within the community we call home. I am a father of six and grandfather of nine, and outside of work I enjoy spending time with family, golfing, serving the community, and continually striving for excellence in everything I do.
